Prior to this position, Luke was the president and CEO of Central DuPage Hospital (CDH) and Cadence Health for eight years. During his tenure, his many accomplishments include achieving an AA rating by Fitch and Standard and Poors, establishing a partnership with Children&#8217;s Memorial Hospital in Chicago&#8217;s western suburbs and overseeing the merger of CDH with Delnor Community Hosoital, which led to the creation of Cadence Health. Prior to his time with CDH, Luke spent three years with Vanguard Health Systems in Nashville as senior vice president; he was with MacNeal Health Network in Berwyn, Illinois for more than 20 years previously. Luke holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from George Washington University. Luke and his wife enjoy spending time at their home on Cape Cod while taking advantage of being outdoors.
